IT Executive
A rapidly growing Call Center Outsourcing company requires the service of an experienced Call Center IT Executive. The candidate must be Computer Science graduate or equivalent and have proven track record in IT services in Telecommunication and Call Center. 2-3 years experience. Candidate must be organized, driven, proactive and self motivated.
Key responsibility
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
