Mobile Phone Repair Technicians

Whether the problem lies in the cell phone's software or hardware, it is up to cell phone technicians to try and fix the issue. The technician must first carefully listen to the customer's description of the phone's problem. Then the cell phone technician must run a few tests and carefully assess the device's functionality before opening it up. Components such as antenna, battery, LCD screens, keypads, buttons, camera, etc., may require replacing. Such work requires dexterity and maintaining a clean, static-free work environment.

Key points include:

Keeping correct turn around time with repairs
Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Sound technical knowledge in Mobiles and Laptop repairs
Fault finding, repair, service, installation and hard level and software applications installation.
Knowledge in fixing all the latest Smartphone hardware problems like changing LCD’s, Charging connector, battery replacement, removing shorts from water damage devices, fault finding etc specially for iPhone, Samsung, iPad, Huawei and others.
Knowledge in solving software problems like Apple devices software update/restore, Programming, unlocking Samsung phones and others, removal of user pass code/pattern lock.
