We're Hiring! Looking for Experienced Area Specialist in the following areas in Dubai, U.A.E:

• Business Bay
• Dubai Silicon Oasis
• Dubai Sports City
• Dubai Motor City
• Palm Jumeirah
• Jumeirah Living

Must have a proven track record of excellent Sales / Leasing performance in Dubai Real Estate Market pertaining to any of the areas as mentioned above.

Candidate must have:
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage);
• Sales / Leasing experience (min. 3-5 years) in particular areas as mentioned above;
• Knowledge of Dubai Freehold Real Estate Market;
• Valid UAE driving license;
• OWN Car;
• Following company procedures;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to achieve Sales/Leasing targets;
• Qualities to work in a team;
• Strong negotiation skills

We are offering:
**Attractive AED 5,000/- Salary + Commission package

**Must acheive monthly sales targets set by the company. More details shall be discussed on interview.
