Real Estate Broker Required

Job Responsibilities:
– Procure clients with relationship management
– Develop portfolio of clients in buying / selling / off-plan / leasing / ready properties and secondary market
– Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Requirements:
– More than 1 year experience in real estate market in the UAE
– Valid UAE Driving License
– Only Commission basis (no basic salary)
– European, Chinese, Arabic speaker
– Knowledgeable with the current trend in the Market
– Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
– Must be able to start immediately
