IT Support Engineer Required

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communications or equivalent•

Only candidates who have worked in IT / AV vendor preferred for this position.

Only candidates with Valid UAE driving license preferred for this position.

2-3 years of experience L1 & L2 level troubleshooting , configuration and support for Desktop , Server , Network & AV systems.

Installing, configuring Switches, routers, firewalls, Access points , IP Telephony, Door Access Control, Time Attendance & CCTV Systems

Following diagrams, topology and written instructions to repair the fault or set up a system

Good understanding on Windows servers, virtualization, different cloud services.

Good communication and time-management skills

Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.

DPS / SIRA for CCTV certification will be a plus.
