Sales Executive Required in Dubai

 We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our esteemed Freight and Forwarding company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in the freight and forwarding industry. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients within the logistics, shipping, and trade industries.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Understand clients' logistics requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.

Sales And Negotiation

Present the company's freight and forwarding services effectively to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of services to secure new business deals.

Pipeline Management

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Track sales activities, leads, and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective communication.

Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams including operations, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback and insights from the market to assist in refining service offerings.

Reporting

Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales within the freight and forwarding industry in UAE.
Mandatory possession of a valid UAE driving license.
Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, and trade regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Familiarity with the Dubai market and industry trends is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
