Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced CRM Manager for our Crypto Exchange arm of the business, within the dynamic Marketing department. As a CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer experience strategy and enhancing our clients' journey in the dynamic world of crypto. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to create and implement effective CRM initiatives, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and value.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the unique needs of crypto exchange users.
•Leverage data-driven insights to identify customer segments, preferences, and behaviors.
•Create and manage customer segments based on demographics, trading behavior, and other relevant factors.
•Implement personalized communication strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates.
•Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns across various channels (email, push notifications, social media, etc.).
•Monitor campaign performance, A/B test strategies, and optimize for maximum effectiveness.
•Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
•Develop retention strategies to reduce churn and foster customer loyalty.
•Implement loyalty programs, referral initiatives, and exclusive offerings.
•Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey across all touch-points.
•Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that CRM activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
•Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications.
• 3-5 years proven experience in CRM management, preferably in the financial industry with a focus on crypto.
• Strong understanding of CRM software, like customer.io or similar.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, products, and trends. Knowledge of the FX industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic/French/Spanish/Italian is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
