Our client, a leading, global luxury travel retail company is looking for a HR Executive to join their ambitious team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The HR Executive will provide strategic and operational HR support, leading on various projects, change management and process improvements, employee relations, whilst working closely with key stakeholders. You will liaise, co-ordinate with and provide advice and support to departments in talent acquisition, management, and retention.
The Role: • Partner with leaders on talent planning to identify required capabilities and ensure the right scope of all roles within the teams you work with • Manage the recruitment and hiring process • Ensure that all new employees have the best induction to enable them to perform in their roles • Responsible for conducting disciplinaries and grievances according to HR policies • Develop polices and procedures that meet the changing business needs • Ensure meaningful development plans are in place to create a talent pipeline for key positions • Work with the Learning & Development team to assess training needs for your area • Facilitate, support and guide on all employee relations issues to ensure a successful conclusion • Support HR Operations on the development and evolution of local processes and policies and practices • Implement action plans for managers
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations • A recognised degree, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Humanities / Social Sciences or equivalent • Have a passion for developing people • Strong Employee Relations experience • A strong background in providing HR support in store and head office • Possess great coaching skills, with the ability to support, develop and challenge managers • Be a confident communicator, able to translate HR language effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint
