Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to join our team at ITP Media Group. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, in alignment with the company’s culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Manage the onboarding, induction & monitor probation completion of new joiners Maintain and keep the HRIS updated, ensure proper documentation and filing process are in place Manage the employee separation process, exit interviews, closure of exit formalities and final settlement with employees
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and professionally Implement strategies to boost employee morale and engagement Monthly payroll review Ad hoc HR projects when required
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with UAE regulations Manage benefits related to medical insurance activation / deletion Support in managing and looking at ways of improving employee benefits with insight from market trends and internal needs
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour laws Ensure compliance with labour regulations and stay updated of any legal changes Prepare employment contracts, addendums and company letters
HR Reporting:
Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review Analyse data to identify trends and make informed decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HR or similar role in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
