Training & Development - Manage the training process & delivery (sales training, soft skills training) HR Metrics & Dashboard - Create & update the dashboards and reports. Employee Engagement- Plan & implement employee engagement initiatives (Rewards & recognition, employee wellness, CSR) Employee separation- Manage the employee separation process, exit interviews, closure of exit formalities and final settlement with employees. Employee Events- Manage employee events, employee rewards, annual day, networking & fun work activities.
Qualification & skills
MBA in Human Resource from a reputed university. Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in performance management, employee engagement and training. Excellent skills in MS Excel & Power point. Excellent communication skills (English written & spoken). Ability to multitask. Candidate with high energy & motivation and an outgoing personality. Candidate with relevant experience in UAE is a MUST.
