Melodica is a leading performing arts company specializing in music education. We are looking for a talented and experienced Guitar/Piano Music Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels to play the guitar and piano.

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive music lessons to students
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to improve their playing ability
Prepare students for performances, exams, and auditions
Collaborate with other music professionals to create innovative and engaging lesson plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, performance, and progress
Maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment for students
Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child's progress
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in music education or equivalent experience
Experience teaching guitar and piano to students of all ages and skill levels
Strong knowledge of music theory and ability to teach it to others
Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop a love for music
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
