Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction Motivate, hire and train Front of house team Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Promote the restaurant through marketing and community engagement Achieve financial goals and profitability targets
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar concepts (Mediterranean, Levantine) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proficient in financial management Exceptional communication and customer service skills Knowledge of restaurant software and systems Arabic language proficiency would be considered as an advantage
