Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for interacting with customers, ensuring excellent customer service, managing communication, and overseeing sales activities daily. The Sales Assistant will also liaise with the sales team, coordinate orders, and monitor progress.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven record of Sales experience and results-driven mindset
High-level Organization Skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Fluency in English, and other languages as a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Experience in the textile design industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

Responsibilities
Coordinate sales teams
Assure quality of sales-related equipment and update if necessary
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
Your role is to arrange distribution in your location. Concept stores and corporations in need of placing corporate gifts for clients and employees are the best channels.
