We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales department. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team by managing daily and monthly reports, creating material and purchase orders, and maintaining our online vehicle listings. The Sales Coordinator will also work collaboratively with the sales team to facilitate effective communication and coordination. This role is vital in maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient processes within the sales department. Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and Share Daily and Monthly Reports:
Generate accurate daily and monthly sales reports, summarizing sales activities and results. Distribute reports to the sales team and management in a timely manner. Monitor and verify the data to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
2. Creation of Material and Purchase Orders (LPO’s):
Create and manage purchase orders for materials required by the sales department. Follow up with the finance department to ensure timely payments to vendors. Maintain detailed records of all purchase orders and related financial transactions.
3. Manage Online Vehicle Listings:
Post vehicles on our website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Include relevant vehicle details, pricing, and AG plate information. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all stock vehicles are correctly represented online.
Primary Performance Metrics:
Accuracy of Reports: Ensure that all reports are error-free and provide a clear overview of sales activities and results. Stock Report and Documentation: Maintain an organized stock report with documentation for all invoiced vehicles, including purchase orders and related records. Online Vehicle Listings: Ensure that all stock vehicles are accurately represented on our website with complete and up-to-date information.
