Apt Resources, a leading recruitment agency in the hospitality industry, is seeking a friendly and energetic Waitress/Server to join the team at UHNWF - VVIP. As their Waitress/Server, you will play an integral role in creating a positive dining experience for the family and their esteemed guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve food and drinks in an efficient and timely manner
Ensure tables are cleaned and reset after each meal
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and seamless service
Be aware of high-quality service standards expected in UHNWF
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Waitress/Server in a high-end dining establishment or with a UHNWF
Knowledge of various dishes, alcoholic beverages, and their serving etiquette
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays and late and early nights
6 days a week - one day off
Ability to maintain confidentiality as expected as a server in a Private family
