We are looking for two Finance Executives to join our team. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial records and preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable, conducting audits and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Qualifications
Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing skills Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Minimum experience of 2 years in relevant field. Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or related field Certification in Accounting (e.g. CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus Experience in real estate or construction industry is an advantage.
Job Profile:
Bookkeeping and Record Management: Maintaining accurate financial records of transactions, expenses, revenues and investments related to real estate activities. Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to reflect financial performance of the company. Tax Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with tax laws preparing tax returns and handling tax-related matters for Real Estate Analysis and Forecasting: Assist in analysing financial data to provide insights into trends, costs and potential risks or opportunities with real estate industry.
Audit Support: Facilitating and coordinating audits by providing necessary financial documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Cost Control and Optimization: Monitoring expenses, identifying costs-saving opportunities and contributing to strategies for maximising profitability.
