Main Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:
Lead and supervise the sales teams comprised of mortgage brokers Extract valuable information from leads to fuel the lead generation business Ensure attentive and consistent treatment of leads, aiming for high lead conversion rates Drive high standards across the team
Requirements:
Must have extensive background in Mortgages, Real Estate or Insurance industries Proven experience in managing sales teams and mortgage brokers is required Growth-oriented vision and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Experience with online lead acquisition and conversion strategies Prior experience in Europe or the United States is preferred
