What this job involves:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions. • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, including social media, networking events, job fairs, and other innovative approaches. • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating the offer and onboarding process. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and... • Ability to headhunt talents in the market and target potential individuals.
Requirements and qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role in the Real Estate industry. *Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS *Some understanding of basic marketing strategies *Good time-management skills *Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a relevant field *Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous. *Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Oracle Taleo and iCIMS Recruit. *Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles. *Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists, and interview candidates. *Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
