Responsibility: Responsible for daily monitoring of Application servers and system stability, promptly responding to and addressing system failures to ensure high availability and performance. Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, software installations, configuration updates, and patch management, optimizing deployment processes to increase automation levels. Assist or lead the development team in deploying app updates and new features in server environments. Manage database backups and recovery to ensure data security and integrity. Write and update operational documentation, including system configurations, fault-handling processes, as well as manage IT assets. Handle user technical support requests, providing solutions, and guiding team member growth and development.
Knowledge and Skill Required:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
Deep understanding of IT operations management and best practices, with a strong technical background, including server management, networking, databases, and cloud services. [Must] 4+ years working experience and excellent skills in Mobile application development (front end technologies like: JS, HTML5, CSS; Backend technologies like: PHP, Python, Linux Shell Script, NodeJS, Java or .NET; DB skills like: SQL, Stored Procedure, Performance Tuning); [Must] Familiar with Linux System (Centos/ubuntu/Debian at least one of them), SOA/ESB concept; RMDB (Oracle or SQL Server)/MQ management; Docker based deployment, open source application server (JBoss, Tomcat, etc)/database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB); Rule engine/workflow engine technology. [Must] At least 2 years working experience and excellent skill in cloud services, and AWS and/or Azure is plus. System technical support knowledge and experience is a plus. Project management/coordination experience in IT project is plus. Good problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication, teamwork capabilities, and ability to work under pressure. Working experience and knowledge of internet app product operation is mandatory, gaming app experience is plus. Frequent English skill, and Mandarin is plus.
