Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at R & H Real Estate located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. The Real Estate Agent will also handle property appraisals and showings, negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of clients, and provide expert knowledge about the Dubai real estate market.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
At least 1 year experience as a Real Estate agent in Dubai
Demonstrated expertise in property sales, leasing, and negotiations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software
Experience working successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current market trends, financing options, and legal issues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
