Meer Group invests its capital in diversified asset classes including Software Engineering, Real Estate, Automotive, Foodstuffs, Media Productions, and SME Sectors.We are looking energetic and smart people in tele-calling team.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell available products and services.
2. Identify and qualify leads, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
3. Arrange meeting with clients from generated lead for the sales staff and senior consultants.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including follow-up actions, in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize overall business performance.
6. Provide excellent customer service, address queries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in tele sales for any call center is must.
2. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
5. English and Hindi language is a must.
6. Graduation in any subject.
We offer:
basic salary plus Commission depending on the deals closed (negotiable at the time of interview)
