As a skilled Graphics Designer, your responsibilities will involve creating and designing visual content for various digital platforms, particularly focused on project launches material (brochures, logos etc.) outdoors & social media. You will be tasked with conceptualizing and executing designs that support real estate concepts and marketing efforts. Your role requires a proactive approach in developing fresh ideas and staying updated on industry trends and opportunities. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical abilities to swiftly grasp emerging trends and capitalize on them. Your core strength lies in your creativity and self-motivation, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-driven environment.
Requirements
Conceptualize, design, and produce a variety of visual materials, including brochures, emailers, logos social media posts, big signs, and more
Deigning EDMs
Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, aftereffects etc.)
Excellent understanding of Typography, Layout design, Logos, Branding, Print material and Digital contents
Collaborate effectively with teams to develop innovative design concepts
Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines
Conduct quality checks and proofread design assets
Work independently, taking ownership of design projects from start to final delivery
Experience in video editing is plus
Excellent creative and storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content
Experience:
Minimum 5 years creative experience in UAE
Proven Graphic Design experience as in-house or agency (real estate portfolio is plus)
Digital and print experience.
Proficient English speaker (Arabic is plus)
Immediate availability preferred
