Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and requirements through effective communication and active listening. Provide product or service demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the target market. Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends. Effectively communicate product details and advantages to customers. Provide product training to team members and customers as needed. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Conduct effective negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Create and manage sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide feedback to the marketing team for product enhancements and new product development. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or in a similar sales role. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
