Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial transactions and records.
2. VAT Compliance:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of UAE VAT regulations to ensure compliance in all financial activities.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and within specified deadlines.
3. Reporting Skills:
- Generate timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain professional reporting structures for effective communication.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments to collect and analyze financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
5. Audit Support:
- Provide necessary support during internal and external audits.
- Ensure all financial records are audit-ready and maintain a high level of accuracy.
6. Software Proficiency:
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and experience in their practical application.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 AED, depending on experience.
