Key qualifications include:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in HR management including atleast 5 years in UAE
Bachelor's degree
Strong IT skills, including MS office
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge in UAE labour laws, Visa and Labour Processes, Medical Insurance Processes and Talent acquisition
Preferable experience from construction /Engineering industry
Immediately Available candidates will be given preference
