PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The purpose of this role is to generate revenue by selling our products or services. This includes attracting new clients, managing existing customer relationships, understanding client needs for effective solutions, and meeting sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research: Research the market to stay updated on new developments and projects, ensuring awareness of industry opportunities.
Lead Generation: Establish connections with new companies, including contractors and end clients.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction in all situations.
Quotation and Proposal Development and Submission: Review the client requirements, received files, BOQ, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
Negotiation with Clients: Engage in negotiations with clients when necessary, with a clear understanding of the reasons for the price difference.
Booking the Jobs: Maintain closed follow-up and close the opportunities in the company's favor.
Collaboration within Internal Teams: Always maintain better collaboration with internal departments for estimation, design, drawings, production, and installation.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain required documentation of work-related details for both client reference and internal records.
Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently work towards closing opportunities and achieving the targets given.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or 2 years' experience in the Signage Industry in the sales department.
Experience:
1–2 years' experience.
