HubSpot Platform Operations: Configure and customize HubSpot to align with business processes and objectives, tied to marketing and sales initiatives Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Manage user access, permissions, and organization settings in HubSpot. Implement new HubSpot features and functionalities to improve overall system performance Stay current on HubSpot updates and best practices Lead Management and Automation Collaborate with marketing team to ensure effective use of HubSpot Marketing Hub and processes, drip Implement and optimize lead nurturing processes campaigns, and trigger emails to convert leads into meetings and eventually, customers. Design and execute automated marketing campaigns using HubSpot workflows |identify opportunities for additional automated workflows basis on business needs and process analysis Sales Operations (CRM) Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure effective use of HubSpot Sales Hub Work with the Head of Sales and the sales team on pipeline metrics based on the agreed-upon definitions for lead status and lifecycle stages, as well as pipeline forecasts in the platform Activate and streamline processes to improve efficiency in lead and deal management. Data Integrity Implement and maintain contact, company, and deal records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in our database Work on continuous enrichment of our contact and account database using relevant platforms (Apollo) Integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms to streamline data flow and enrichment. Monitor and maintain data integrity, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement solutions Dashboards and Reporting Customize and manage dashboards and reports for insights into marketing and sales performance, including funnel metrics, deal pipeline, deal velocity, and pipeline forecasting, among others Create and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing and sales Work with head of marketing and head of sales to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. User Training Train team members (existing or new) on HubSpot functionalities and best practices. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance
HubSpot Administrator Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field Fluent in spoken and written English Three to five years of proven, hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator In-depth knowledge of HubSpot platform functionalities modules, and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. HubSpot certifications are a plus.
