Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with IFRS and local regulations. Manage cash flow. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes. Review and analyse financial data, identifying trends and variances. Conduct necessary measures for tax compliance and prepare VAT returns. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial information. Implement and maintain effective internal control procedures. Assist in developing and monitoring annual budgets. Liaise with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders as required. Stay up-to-date with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly desirable. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in Dubai or the UAE. In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional level of communication in English
Salary: AED5000 - AED8000 per month
