Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial transactions within the HORECA Division. Record and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets for the HORECA Division. Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement. Compliance: Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and ensure compliance. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed. Cost Control: Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality. Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
