Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
ssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
Provide HR support to employees and managers on a day-to-day basis
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications{{:}}
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations preferred
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
