HR Manager Required in Dubai

 


Role: HR Manager

Salary: Circa 150,000 AED – depending on skills and experience, plus commission
Location: Dubai, UAE

Your responsibilities will encompass:
HR Policy & Procedures

To ensure terms and conditions and policies and procedures are up-to-date and comprehensive concerning legislation and best practice.
To ensure HR compliance with all workers in line with local labour laws.
Recruitment & Selection

The role of HR Manager will review all recruitment processes and practices to ensure all vacancies are filled in the most cost-efficient way and within the shortest time possible. The HR function will be responsible for identifying effective and appropriate recruitment methods for all vacancies.
To be responsible for the internal recruitment life cycle which includes, advertising vacancies on job boards, conducting telephone interviews and shortlisting candidates, arranging face-to-face interviews, issuing employment contracts, referencing and completing the onboarding process.

Employee Relations

Taking a lead whilst advising and supporting managers on all Employee Relations issues, including performance management; sickness & absence; and disciplinary & grievance procedures.
Managing the appraisal process for internal and external staff.
Ensuring the grievance and disciplinary procedures are adhered to by all staff.
Monitoring, updating and advising staff and managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are adhered to and effectively communicated.
To monitor staff turnover and ensure that exit interviews are carried out, analysing and reporting on findings.
To monitor and improve employee engagement through staff surveys and other initiatives.
Ensure the smooth offboarding process meeting compliance needs and conducting exit interviews.
To develop and support reward and recognition initiatives, including staff awards.
To review and suggest appropriate Medical Insurance providers, in line with local labour law requirements.

External Relationships

Liaise with PROs, Embassies, Consulates & Government as appropriate.
Attend Client Reviews in conjunction with the Account Manager or appropriate Sales Person.

Learning & Development

Working closely with the senior team to develop staff skills including highlighting needs and recommendations made through the staff appraisal process. Support the business by identifying and creating development plans for individuals. Ensure appropriate learning tools are available for all staff
