Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for the below:
Key responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with system configurations.
System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, including software updates, hardware upgrades, and system backups.
Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT assets, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems. Monitor for security breaches and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
Programming and Software Development: Develop, customize, and maintain software applications to meet the organization's specific requirements. This may include writing code, designing user interfaces, and integrating third-party systems.
Network Administration: Manage the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points. Configure network settings, monitor network performance, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures to ensure continuity and facilitate troubleshooting.
Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, such as data privacy laws and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Excellent in programming and software development
Strong knowledge in Zoho CRM software is a must
Bilingual in Arabic & English
Strong knowledge and experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and network security
Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
3 years minimum Experience in the IT industry
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
