We are inviting candidates who can drive energy into the company along with the ability to 'think outside of the box" for the "IT-Real Estate- role".
Job Purpose:
Ensure the communication between the department team members are clear and technically understood
Develops positive working relationships at all levels
Effectively delegates
Ensuring the availability of resources
Ensure that responsibilities and authorities are defined and communicated within the organization
Ensure that colleagues are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the department's objectives
Operational:
Maintain and update the required standards
Promotes access and better utilization of Information technology
Ensure the accountability and ownership of all data in the hotel
Solves problems and makes decisions
Undertakes all job tasks competently
Qualifications And Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in computer-related field
2 years of similar experience with IT positions; + REAL ESTATE experience (will be an added value)
UAE experience will be an added value;
Competent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM
Proficiency in spoken and written business English
Additional foreign languages
