We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Analyst with excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, with expertise in ITSM, desktop support, Windows server management, troubleshooting, email configurations, and network support. Additionally, basic knowledge of Linux, server management, AWS or cloud server management, basic software support, DNS server management, email migrations, email administration, web hosting/Cpanel management, domain name management, O365, and Google Workspaces administration is required.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Manage Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
Assist with email configurations and migrations
Provide basic support for Linux systems and AWS/cloud servers
Manage DNS servers and ensure smooth operation
Assist with web hosting and Cpanel management
Manage domain name registrations, renewals, and DNS settings
Administer O365 and Google Workspaces, including user management and configuration
Document and maintain records of support activities and resolutions
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have own dependent visa
Strong knowledge of ITSM, desktop support, Windows server management, troubleshooting, email configurations, and network support
Basic understanding of Linux, server management, AWS or cloud server management, basic software support, DNS server management, email migrations, email administration, web hosting/Cpanel management, domain name management, O365, and Google Workspaces administration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
