Apt Resources is currently in search of a Receptionist to join our client's team, a real estate company. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors, providing them with a warm and professional welcome. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and providing administrative support to our client's team. Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and transfer incoming calls Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain a clean and organized reception area Receive and sort incoming mail and packages Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the team as needed
Requirements
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Attention to detail and accuracy Positive and professional attitude Must be currently in UAE
