Greet and welcome visitors and clients to the office, ensuring a positive first impression of the company. Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that inquiries are handled promptly and accurately. Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is functioning properly and well-stocked. Coordinate with maintenance and repair services for office equipment as needed. Deal with queries or requests from visitors and employees, escalating to the appropriate person as needed. Collect and distribute couriers or parcels among employees, ensuring that everything is delivered in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that it reflects a professional image of the company at all times.
Qualifications Here are the qualifications and skills required:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative, or related role. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Professional and friendly demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
