Receptionist Required in Dubai


 Responsibilities of the Role


Welcome any incoming or walk-in clients, offer refreshments, and attend to their requests until the relevant employee is available to assist them.
Answer all all incoming calls, acquire all required information from the clients with regards to their inquiry and transfer them to the right consultant as necessary.
Prepare the daily and statistics lead reports every morning with the call logs done by the consultants on the previous day.
Register enquiries in the Salesforce system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including handling ad hoc tasks for brokers, coordinators, and Heads of Departments.

Handling high volume of incoming calls and inquiries while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, such as greeting visitors, managing appointments, and assisting with administrative duties.
Dealing with unexpected or difficult situations, such as irate callers or emergency situations, while remaining calm and composed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management

Skills / Personal Attributes

Attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
English language skills, both written and spoken.
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, remaining patient under pressure.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, respond to quick turnaround times, and take proactive steps to address challenges.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity in Photoshop (desired, but not essential).

Experience & Knowledge

2 years of experience in an Administrative/Coordination role, preferably with exposure to real estate sales and leasing processes.
UAE real estate policies and procedures.
Background in customer service, including significant phone interaction.
Used to CRM systems such as Salesforce, Propspace, Propertybase, Oracle
Preference for candidates with call centre experience.
Must be living in UAE
