As a Sales Executive, you play a critical role in managing customers’ experience. You will be the core point of contact and act as the face of our brand. You will provide support in ensuring precise management of podium space. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience and create a welcoming environment for customers and their guests through the following:
Greet customers and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour Meeting & Exceeding Sales Key Performance Indicators Be a strong source of Business Development Be a strong Brand Representative Build relationships with customers – evaluate how we can build connections to facilitate the sense of Oo La Lab community Keep the podium area clean and organized Manage onsite inventory Answer any inquiries from customers and guests related to the products & services Solve customer-related issues and manage customer expectations Seek opportunities to engage customers to discover specific needs Resolve customer complaints regarding our processes or experiences through neutral fact investigation and process resolutions or refunds when warranted Ensure all equipment, materials and resources are clean, updated, organised to ensure ready customers’ experience during retail hours
The candidate must possess:
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. A passion for beauty and cosmetics, especially perfume. Understanding the value in delivering a powerful and unforgettable customer experience.
