Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Manager at Ghusta Printing Press LLC located in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will also work closely with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
A proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the printing industry or a related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Strong business acumen and market knowledge
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
