Responsibilities Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs Prepare tax documents Compile and analyze financial statements Manage budgeting and forecasting Daily verification cash collection Daily verification of earning and expenses transactions Verification of a right category/branch selection Daily entering of bank account/card transactions based on bank statement Invoices verification and uploading Maintaining monthly payments for branches (DEWA, Empower, telephony payment, rent etc) Processing payments/transfers to suppliers for branches orders Monitoring of cheques due dates payment and the settlement Quarterly VAT submission Communication with manager suppliers regarding payment / invoices verification /correction Monitoring of a monthly consumables order plan created by managers and actual expenses on branches (plan / analysis / balance to be verified with managers on branches) Supporting managers and GM in communication with suppliers regarding orders, new supplier, new conditions Maintaining investment money / bank withdrawal / delivery of cash to branches Bank inquiries, company documentation related to Finance Corporate Tax Submission
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Understanding UAE finance related procedures and regulations Tax submissions knowledge and experience Individual Contributor Role
