This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Executive at TECH BRIGHT LIGHTING FZ LLE in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our lighting solutions to clients in the UAE and GCC region. The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, building relationships, understanding customer requirements, providing product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of the company. Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team Knowledge of lighting products, industry trends, and competitors is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
