Key Responsibilities:- Develop and design visually appealing graphics, including logos, brochures, social media posts, advertisements, and website elements. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that supports campaigns and initiatives. - Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel. - Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously improve design skills and output. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. - Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to produce high-quality graphics. - Work with printers, copywriters, photographers, and other professionals as needed to complete projects.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. - Proficiency in design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into designs. - Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. - Experience with web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. - Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
