Key responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements Conduct analysis of financial data and provide insights for decision-making Oversee account reconciliation and ensure discrepancies are resolved Manage and track budgets, expenses, and revenue Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations Conduct internal and external audits to assess financial practices and identify areas for improvement Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial guidance and support Use financial software and tools effectively to streamline processes and reporting Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders Stay updated on accounting standards, laws, and regulations Identify and address potential financial risks and opportunities Participate in the preparation of financial reports and presentations Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations Proficiency in financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting Experience with financial software and MS Excel proficiency Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently Understanding of tax preparation and compliance requirements Knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting Experience in data analysis and interpretation Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial information
