Key Result Area: Recruitment & Manpower Planning Prepare and update recruitment list and reporting on its performance as scheduled To manage full-cycle recruitment operations
Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire) Maintain and update organization structure, manpower planning to reflect necessary changes, such as titles, grades, and reporting relationships Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures, hiring and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
Maintain an active and organized database of applicants for various positions Participate in job fairs and career events Key Result Area: Employee Relations
Manage and maintain employee files and to ensure it contains all employment contracts, IDs, confidentiality agreement and other documents included in the employee file checklist. To follow up with Direct Manager on probation period plan for newly hired employee. To manage contract renewal process for current and new employee on time. To execute any task related to HR operations when requested by the management
Escalate grievances to HRM Act as first point of contact for all HR services related queries. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience with focus on Recruitment Operations Recognized HR certification, such as CIPD, SHRM, CHRM (preferable) Real Estate industry experience preferred.
