Recruit key personnel. Oversee the onboarding and adaptation of new employees. Provide comprehensive documentation support and manage official employment procedures. Monitor work schedules and manage vacation calendars.
Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within sales-oriented companies, with a preference for real estate. Thorough understanding of the recruitment funnel, including platforms, targeting, networking, and social media. At least 7 years of total work experience across various fields. Experience in creating and managing all documentation related to recruitment and employee adaptation. Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is a plus. Positive energy and discipline. Meeting set objectives.
What We Offer:
Salary: AED 12,500 per month. Visa and sim card. Place of Work: Arenco Tower, Media City, Dubai. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 AM till 7 PM, Saturday and Sunday off.
