The Receptionist & Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the front office, ensuring smooth operations of the office, handling any general admin and supporting executive-level management by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, preparing ad hoc presentations or reports.
Qualifications and Skills
At least 2-3 years experience as a Receptionist/Executive Assistant Bachelor's degree in any discipline Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills - time management, attention to detail, etc Ability to work under minimum guidance and proactively find solutions in a fast-paced start-up environment
