The sales Executive is the point of contact between our client and the potential clients (clients in prospect). You will ensure the sales service is efficiently and effectively delivered in line with business plan expectations and that the service continuously improves to meet best practices and customer expectations.Responsibilities
Maintain positive business and an excellent customer relationship in an effort to extend customer lifetime value. Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team. Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Ensure the delivery of an excellent quality sales service against Key Performance Indicators, which are continually improved and meet the diverse needs of the market. Work closely with the Head of Sales department/or Country manager to ensure that all forecast programme targets are met. Duties
Build a customer database Generate the leads Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads, convert to opportunities (Average 315 calls per month/ generating 155 opportunities per month/ expectation to convert to 5-7 contracts) Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers on daily basis Prepare the RFQ documentation (Technical, Financial proposals, Bid Bonds in liaison with the Finance Department/Country Manager) Market analysis and sales forecast preparation Sales reports preparation Administrative coordination on the supplier’s portal registration and maintaining records Track client’s communications and information archival on CRM Ongoing contracts’ renewals. Requirements
Familiarity with CRM programs Excellent English communication skills BS degree in sales/marketing or related field Candidates with Mystery Shopping, Quality Control and Customer Experience Management will be preferred.
