This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Bhive Real Estate in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing data, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Management, and Client Relationship Building skills.
At least 2yrs+ of experienced as a Sales Manager.
Arabic Speaker is preferred.
Knowledegable of Secondary & Off Plan.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Market Analysis and Data Analysis skills
Collaboration and Communication skills
Experience in real estate sales is a plus.
