This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/Operation Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of real estate agents in primary and secondary , making sure that they are meeting their sales targets, providing guidance and training when necessary, and maintaining good customer relations with clients. The Sales/Operation Manager will also be responsible for managing the company's sales performance, P&L, reporting directly to the management team, and collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure optimal operations. Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dubai real estate market in a leadership role is desirable. Proven track record of success in real estate (sales/business development). Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and CRM management Leadership skills, including managing a team, mentoring, and delegating Customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and relationship management Industry knowledge and experience in real estate, including market trends, property evaluation, and legal regulations Excellent communication skills, including writing and public speaking.
