Customer Service Executive Required in Dubai


Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Customer Service Executive to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

Ensure an efficient service to customers by responding promptly and effectively to all customer queries.
Efficient handling of inquiries by telephone, mail, fax, and e-mail.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
Prepare reports as needed for management.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Fluency in English is a must.
